Toe Boards

I've often wondered what toe boards were for, and after today I'm still confused.
Surely they can't be put there specifically for us to put our toes on. However, since it was there, thats what me, Flick and Henry did.

that was the highlight of the day apart from seeing that Archie seemed a lot better even though he was wheezing slightly. He didn't seem to be in any distress at any rate.

In the local fishmarket (now converted to an artsy/crafty gallery, eating and entertainment place), there was a live performance from a violinist and a bagpipe/guitar player. Henry was fascinated and wondered why the violinist had her eyes closed during some of her performance. I said something along the lines of connecting with the music. Henry was pleased that she wasn't falling asleep as he didn't find it boring at all and wanted her to keep going. At the end of the piece, Henry clapped enthusiastically and then announced that he wanted a poo.
