amateur dramatics

not the best cloudscape i've ever shot, and def not the best on blip even if you only count today's entries! but i was feeling fuzzy and changeable and a bit meh all day, so you get a shot that reflects that.

lounged around and finished neil gaiman's 'the graveyard book' this morning - it's not out til hallowe'en but i got a proof copy from a bookseller pal. that was good, but reading about a boy who grows up in a graveyard shifted me into melancholy setting, and i sort of auto-pilot'd the rest of the day. up town for a spot of shopping (dvds, baby gifts) then home for dvd watching. just finished 'jesus christ superstar' (like i said, melancholy), and now debating grimness of 'the long good friday' or a double bill of travel wistfulness with 'crocodile dundee' 1&2 - i think the latter. then i can mentally say 'i've been there!' - i'd say it out loud, but it feels silly when you're the only person in the bouse...

hoping for yummy diary goodness tomorrow (yes, that's as in book of days, not milk products - just, y'know, let it go as being part of my zany writing style!). you'll doubtless be hearing more on that score later...
