Rancho De Chimayo

On our way to Red River for some cross country skiing we stopped for breakfast in Chimayo at one of our favorite places. This is a very old adobe ranch house. There was a warm fire in the bar, but it was a little chilly at our table. Carne adovada and eggs was fabulous. Joseph says the huevos rancheros was good but not as good as Richard's in Albuquerque.
