Rent a book

When the day is gray it is nice to go to the library and check out some books.
We are very proud of our library here in Seltjarnarnes. They have all the newest books as soon as they are published and lots of foreign books and magazines.
The wife is checking out a book with a card she puts into the computer and you check it out yourself and again when you return it. You can even look up a book on your computer at home, order it or extend the loan of the book.
Behind the computer is a sign over the door, Eiðissker = A Skerry (rock in the sea) which is a small exhibition room where I have had two watercolor exhibitions. The other sign says: Books in English and Danish.
