Homemade Coconut Granola

I have trouble committing to a single granola flavor (beyond coconut of course). So I made this recipe very, very basic. Oatmeal, almonds, coconut and hemp seeds, all mixed together with just a little maple syrup and safflower oil. I figured this way I could easily customize it. This bowl had craisins and cacao nibs, sometimes it has peanut butter chips, sometimes crystallized ginger. I like being able to pick the flavors depending on my mood.
