Amazing sky this morning, this was at about 7.30am. Freeeezing walk to school, then freeezing run.

Took my new bike out for a test-spin; very lovely. Bumped into my mum in the park so actually spent alot of time walking and pushing it, but it was great to see her and Tia.

Am going to force the children to play Quirkle with me this evening. It has become a running joke over the past few days that I keep saying we'll play it and then play something else instead.

Al went on a school trip to the National Gallery today. He saw a painting of 'a man killing a dragon and a princess running into the forest' which he greatly admired.
