My sugary reward for giving blood this morning. Had a minor flake out moment just at the very end but they got their pint which, as Tony Hancock would say, is very nearly an armful.

Considering platelet donation as apparently Edinburgh only has 293 donors but not sure how keen I am for a 90-minute needle-in-arm session so I might do a few regular donations again first.

Anyway, back to work.
