Any colour as long as it's.....

We're not completer finishers in this house. We've been procrastinating about the living room and what colour we should have on the walls. This colour chart on the mantlepiece is the latest attempt to kickstart ourselves into action.

I love the names they give to different colours on these charts. This one is from Farrow and Ball so is particularly pretentious. Here are my five favourites:

churlish green

hound lemon

borrowed light

arsenic

dead salmon


I think we might just stick to magnolia...
