Why do they do it.

Had a short walk this morning just as the sun was begining to rise , down to the local River which can be quite popular with the locals especially during the summer, however found this rubbish dumped by the road side next to the river. Pillows & a Duvet.The time it would have took for the individuals to dump this stuff they could have easily taken it to the local recycle skip/or nearest Council run Tip.It takes all sorts i suppose.
