Luca and the Obscured Bookcase

I felt obligated to position Luc in front of something busy, in order to exercise my shallow depth of field.

So, kudos if you can identify any of the books? The middle shelf is all one author, if that helps. Prior knowledge of my taste in books is kinda cheating though... you know who you are.
