Today was the day that such a sad, sad funeral was held and as I drove up this country road I came upon a multitude of cars plus a bus for the attenders of another (different) funeral. Gladsmuir is such a very small place and cars were parked closely together in every direction looking like rays from a central sun. Someone was very well thought of.
