Heads Down, Thumbs Up

Spent a happy morning in Cathays Library trying to remember large chunks of the Companies Act 2006 for tomorrow's exam.

I think I've been taking the advice to 'get your head in a book' too seriously, as I took this photo while resting my head on the inspiring "Nutshell's Company Law" by Francis Rose.

I suppose the silver lining is that it'll all be over in 16 hours and 10 minutes, not that I'm counting..!

p.s. My friend Cathy had her baby today! A beautiful little boy. I'm so proud of her and can't wait to go and visit :)
