As it's knackered.

Alison dropped her laptop off for me tp check out as it wasn't working, & she was right, it's not working - will run from battery but won't take any charge so won't recharge the battery or run off the charger. Phone Dell & it means a new motherboard at about £400

Poor Alison :-(
