I can't manage anymore.

Busy day today. It was my last day as a manager. I started in this role nearly two years ago and quickly realised that I didn't enjoy it very much. I gave it a year before requesting a reverse promotion. It has taken ten months to replace me (should I be flattered) but, when I go back to work on Monday, it will as a working joe rather than as a trumped-up middle manager. Looking forward to it!

The picture is of our home. Birthday tomorrow so will be here rather than at work (apart from a lunchtime game of football!)
