baring it all

This tree in the car park at work is reassuring still in it's winter phase, unlike the roses that are blooming away next to them.
Busy busy busy at work.. We have 12 midwives retiring soon and due to the moratorium and none will be replaced. There is no reduction in the work load or birth rate!
