Still Life

Somehow today has been a rather dry day blipwise, if not weatherwise.
I have been playing around with the DSLR, experimenting with the manual settings instead of just being a lazy blipper and using the automatic side only. Still a long way to go but I would really like to get the hang of this.
We bought these tulips quite a few days ago and they are still surprisingly upright. Fresh flowers are always pleasant about the house, especially at this time of year.
