Summer Fruit

My afternoon was spent explaining my existence to a government department - yay for what's left of our socialist state ;-)

My brother visited and I made a hot beef curry that had me in tears by the end of it!

Here is my dessert, inspired by my Mum. Apricots are my favourite Summer fruit.
