Knock Kneed

Bruises are coming up nicely from Sundays fall on the Ice on the way to the football, though they do not seem to be as bad as they feel.

Tried desperately to have an early night to help get rid of the cold that is hanging around but I ended up not being able to sleep at all, typical.

Watched 'Limitless' when I got in from work, OK but not brilliant but there was some nice panoramic video shots and some good travelling sequence photography.
