Timeless....

A year and a day ago I blipped this scene. St Mary's Cathedral From the same office, working on the same project, but not such a sunny day. With a fair wind, the project should be completed by mid -March.

In the life of the cathedral a year and day is not so much. But one related event on 22 February was when the cathedral in Christchurch, New Zealand, was destroyed by a 6.3 magnitude earthquake which killed 181 people. The two cathedrals shared the same architect in George Gilbert Scott.
