Militant Phil finally wins :-(

There is a chap who lives in our development who has been obsessed with parking since he moved in. He now seems to have taken over the residents committee and this week - the unthinkable happened ...... the private parking company moved in!

Of course they have cause much bad feeling on a number of fronts - mostly cos signs are about ten feet up the lapposts and most text is tiny. They also put signs on our private parking bays.

It is all getting messy. People are threatening legal action and apparently the private company has no power to enforce any fines anyway.

Residents Association really bringing the neighbours together and creating real community spirit.
