handiwork

So, this afternoon I went round to a neighbours house to get him set up on Skype, and while I was out Mrs BH finished this little project that has been ongoing for approximately two years. It's rather smart, don't you think?

Oh, you're saying this looks just like a run of kitchen units, and you thought we already had our kitchen finished? Well, the closely observant among you will note that we had two runs of units with a pillar-shaped gap in the middle. Mrs BH has made a door to fit the pillar-shaped gap (which naturally wasn't a size that was made by the Swedish manufacturers), painted and finished it, and I think it's a very good colour match indeed.

This could be the year that our kitchen gets finished!
