Go with the flow

So after a dreadful night's sleep, I was up at 9am and headed to the gym with Jenny and Robyn. I enjoyed it and I am beginning to feel like I am getting fitter!

Lewis was supposed to have a football game at Alnwick that I was going to go and watch but since it was cancelled, mum and I headed to Derwent Park with Inca this afternoon. It was a very nice walk but naughty Inca decided she would lie in a very muddy puddle and dig in it...twice! She had to have a 'mini bath' this evening because she absolutely stank.
