Crystal clear

Today my lovely mother in law gave me a session of crystal healing. I've never had it before and it was really strange. Nice but strange.

I could feel the energys vibrating and pulsing as she move her hands overt body and it was almost like I wasn't in my body.

I have felt a bit more energised through the rest of the day - I need something to give me a boost.
