Switch on Piccadilly Circus

I did a shoot of two women playwrites for the BBC this morning, then over to The Photographers Gallery to meet Mario.

A sweltering 29 degrees in the sunshine and I'm in a lot of it today, shooting in Hammersmith Park for the Beeb, then the usual walk to avoid tube stations with escalators and wayward pedestrians.

Danny Treacy's exhibition "Them" was thought provoking and disturbing. The assemblage of other people's discarded and soiled garments reminded me of the villain in Thomas Harris' book "Silence of the Lambs" who stitched together the skins of dead women to make his own "girl suit".
