Rye grass

this is some kind of rye grass. Today we once again hunted for Ribes inerme, the whitestem gooseberry. I got to put on waders and walk through a stream (one deeper than the waders, it turns out).

Looking further downstream, we went through a very large willow patch that was reminiscent of a bamboo forest.
