As it says.....
Armley Common Rights Trust has been in existence for over 100 years and manages various parks in Armley. This is Armley Moor. There is, apparently, funding in place for a complete revamp of this park, which is decidedly scruffy, but they can't do anything until the horses move...
The horses always look miserable, so I'm not blipping them on principle :-(
