Up On The Roof

I like this a lot. Multi coloured roofs are not uncommon here but I still think this is a wee bit special.

Nice crisp, sunny day here and we had a good walk out in it. I think that was a bit of a necessity after quite a struggle with Konjunktiv II & Plusquamperfekt grammar exercises.

I think one of the biggest hurdles with learning these things is the names themselves. I know how to use English grammar (more or less) and I don't ever think about it. I just use the language in an attempt to communicate as clearly as I can. But these labels mean nothing to me at all. What the heck is a Plusquamperfekt when it's at home? I don't know. It's Pluperfect in English and that doesn't help either.

I think tomorrow I'm just going to learn some nouns and their associated articles. A nice simple thing to do.
