Bus Ticket

I was born in Birmingham.

This ticket is a few years older than me.

The hole punched in the ticket signifies the stop you would have to get off at, evidently.

I think that the gash at the bottom shows that the ticket has been checked by the conductor but I can't be sure. Do you know?
