And Now for Something Completely Different

In order to take Rona for a clean(ish) walk today we wandered back over to Culross.
As we parked the car, we spotted a bloke with a camera on a tripod who seemed to be photographing Grangemouth, across the river. On closer inspection, it was a video camera but we still have no idea what or why!
However, this little contraption was of much greater interest to me (there's a surprise!) It is a tiny train consisting of two tiny open wagons sandwitching a power unit and excavator combined. The two wee trucks contained some very large rocks and the excavator unit was picking them off the trucks and placing them over the side of the track nearest the sea. This, I suppose, must have been to repair storm damage on that side of the track. The cute thing was that the excavator bit had both road and rail wheels which could be swapped over hydraulically. Neat!
Friday tomorrow; the weekend beckons; rejoice all ye blippers!
