It's been one of those days!!

Ever had one of those days! The day when you need to write something profound and intelligent, and it really isn't flowing. Then something happens, and it's far, far away, but it makes you feel so angry you just want to punch the next human being you see. (I don't do that sort of thing by the way, mainly because as a big person, I have learnt the art of self-control? even though you can probably hear that grinding noise? that's my molars!). My tat on my left wrist just says it all.
