My new roommate.

I'm now staying with a local family at Ostional Beach on the Nicoya peninsula for the conservation project phase of my ISV trip. This hairy character spent the night guarding the door to my room. It looks to me like a type of orb weaver, but I could be mistaken. We went for a patrol along the beach last night for five hours and saw an Olive Ridley Sea Turtle laying eggs at about 11:45. It was fantastic. I'm here for the next two weeks working with the conservation and research station here.
