In Stereo at last!

Had a mad, mad day today - shattered from swimming lastnight, cycled to work today for the first time this year and on my feet like a mad man in the work house.

On a brighter note, I managed to get some new "tubes" for my Aids from the clinic despite arriving just after they officially closed. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful - proberbly felt sorry for me in my cycling gear & being out of breath.

This was all topped off with a scrumptuous fry-up from my wife for tea. YUM.
