Wish the (*******) roof would get fixed!

The story so far: We lost a lot of our roof on 3rd January and then the rain came in on 4th January. The roof still isn't fixed and now it's raining more. This is the top flat, directly above me. Yesterday and today I have had to empty the buckets so that they don't overflow. Despite that, I am still getting leaked on in my flat. It's over three weeks now that the roof has been gone! I am fed up with this!
