You only get an "ooh" with Typhoon

Went to the airshow at East Fortune Museum of Flight.

In spite of the grey skies, and fog over Edinburgh, they put on a pretty good display - with iconic fighters, crazy stunts and groovy jets.

We'd thought the boys would love it - but no: they'd decided they weren't interested, which was a shame. So Mo took them round the funfair rides, while I snapped away (often suffering from lens envy). The commentator, who had to do a lot of ad-libbing due to the unpredictable weather, seemed to have modelled his style on Alan Partridge.

The show ended with the Eurofighter - the Typhoon. The sound it produces makes you want to get down and hug the ground.
