A bird in the bush

is definitely worth two in the hand ... was going to blip either gorgeous gorse shot or cliffscape but on way home through a copse was assaulted by frenzied movement and singing from a hawthorn hedge and trees. Hung around for ages trying to get a good glimpse and suddenly this sparrow helpfully lit on this branch and stayed put for a while. I'm pleased with the focus and the tangle of branches. It was a very happy moment.
