Daylight Crescent Moon

Due to spending all day (well, it seems like it) pouring over star charts and weather forecasts, I managed to bag myself a nice daylight photo of the crescent moon at its highest point above the horizon (which should mean less atmospheric distortion) while there was also enough light in the sky to be able to use ISO100 :)

If I'm lucky I might also be able to get some shots later tonight with the light from the Earth illuminating the shadow area of the moon - if I'm successful then I'll post them on Facebook...
