Aquarium in the city

We went to the light festival in Ghent. So many beautiful lights and enough to capture a blip for each light installation. For today's blip I chose this one, it may not be the most impressive, but quite original. It is an installation of Benedetto Bufalino en Benoit Deseille: 'La Cabine Téléphonique Aquarium'.
