The lives of others

Well, snails are very definitely 'other'. The bread-baking created a lot of steam in the kitchen this morning and revealed the snail highway on the inside of our (not washed as often as they could be) glass wall looking onto the garden. I was interested to see that there seems to be a grading system parallel to ours of motorway/highway/A/B/C/ungraded.

Though I have only once seen a road actually graded'C' on a road sign, and that was on Harris.
