The Curtain-Twitchers

I have walked up and down Victoria Street hundreds of times and always admired the architecture and look of the buildings, but never noticed these windows before.

When processing the picture I noticed a URL in the bottom left window, the images are an art installation (paper cut-outs) called 'The Curtain-Twitchers' by Astrid Jaekel, details of which can be found here. Including images taken at night when they look even more impressive.
