Going nowhere

Day 28,

Going nowhere,
Just as the truck being unable to go anywhere because of the flat tire, I'm unable to go outside because of the lack of energy!
I stayed home the entire day, and watched Terra Nova.

I feel tired throughout the whole week already, and I can't really figure out why. I sleep enough, eat healthier and try to go to bed in time! But my sleep just doesn't seem to restore my energy. What should I do?
