I NEED A DRINK

Try as I might I can't seem to find any information on line about this drinking fountain which you can find on The Grove in Ilkley, if anyone can shed some light on it I'de be grateful, all I could find was the date, 1923, but no plaque or plinth to tell me anything else. I did try this in B&W but decided the coloured version was much more satisfying.
