New PB!!

Knocked a full minute off my PB at parkrun today! Funny thing was i thought i'd done pretty badly and i hadn't timed myself so the email came as a nice surprise. I'm still not as fast as i want but it gives me something to aim for.

If you've not heard of parkrun and are keen on running you should check it out (i don't know how to add a link, sorry!) - there will probably be one near you... unless you live in Dundee for some strange reason.
