Baking again...

I have a passion for baking, i just love it. Cakes, brownies, cupcakes, i love baking them all! This is a carrot cake that I just got out of the oven, letting it cool before i frost it.

I find something wonderfully relaxing and calming about baking. It's a therapeutic experience as i carefully weigh the ingredients and follow the recipe step by step, not having to think about anything else other then what comes next.

And then there's only one thing left to do...get a brew and serve it up!
