Potarch Winter's Day

Unusually worked from home this morning, meaning a mid-day drive into town. The snow was pelting down as I left, but stopped by the time I reached the Potarch bridge between Kincardine O'Neill and Banchory. A quick stop and few strides down the riverside path allowed me to capture this wintery scene. Incredibly there were incredibly a couple of canoeists on the river, wisely dragging out their Canadian upstream of these short but rather intense rapids.
