Brave Blue World

The big shrink continues. I've set myself a fighting weight of seventeen stone by the start of the cricket season. That's two-and-a-half more to get rid of before I can run without the knee hurting. There is another reason; quite frankly I'll be embarrassed if I'm overweight when I go for the new anterior cruciate ligament later this year.

This blip is one of the ways I'm doing it. Loads and loads of cabbage soup. Not the "cabbage soup diet", just loads of veg, loads of fruit and loads of fibre and water. It may look a bit boring but with the amount of lovely onions, carrots, celery, tomato, garlic and cabbage in it, I can assure it's not. The ton of red chiles and pepper sees to that.
