30 day challenge Day 8 - A bad habit

Quick blip before bed (and appologies if this grosses you out) certinaly a bad habit of mine is picking skin on my fingers. Loose skin always seem to catch things as well as me not being able to sit still and do it without realising. Tends to leave my fingers being swollen and or bleeding. Ouch :/ bandages are my best friends.
Also difficult to stop when most of the time your not actually aware your doing it and it is a lifetime habit of mine. Even though it's a bad (and horrible) one
Well that was a pleasant blip for today.. lol
