Porno or No

Blipfoto censor images of nude Art that are on public display in the UK. This picture hard to reproduce was published in the London edition of Metro and I only noticed it because a seven old was asking questions about it.

I wonder if this picture will be censored too and if not, why was Jas Davidsons censored when an almost identical pic of Jas Davidsond sculpture has been published both in print and online with no thought police, taking it down.

I wonder does a nude sculpture have to be a few hundred years old before its ok to publish the pictures?
