Ice

Backblipped our victory. Finished swim just as the pensioners were arriving. Visited by stroke nurse, whose main advice was do slightly less (I shall comply). Walked dug who had a bad stomach. Shame he doesn't realise the link to eating rubbish in the street the day before.

There was a tennis ball on the part-frozen canal. Luckily dug did not go for it.
