Glenfinnan Monument and Loch Shiel

My early morning drive from Fife was well rewarded with some stunning scenery up the north west highlands of Scotland I stopped at Glenfinnan just as the sun was rising over the mountains so I climbed up to the viewpoint overlooking the Glenfinnan Monument to Bonnie Prince Charlie with Loch Shiel in the background with the tips of the mountains covered in a dusting of snow on a frosty morning which was one of many fantastic views that I had the pleasure of viewing today.
