Friendship in full bloom

Two days ago I blipped about buying a bunch of yellow roses at the suggestion of a dear friend as yellow stands for friendship, amongst other things.

Couldn't resist taking more photos today as they have all opened up beautifully. Unfolded you could say, just like a good friendship does. Isn't the rose a most glorious thing?

Went for a walk this morning. Boy oh boy was it cold. Think someone had left a fridge door open. Glorious sunshine though and signs of Spring. Think this growth may be checked this weekend!!
